Instructor gets after lesson treat
If there's one word that can be used to describe Fake Driving School Head Instructor it is certainly professional, which is why Ryan is so annoyed that new learner Alice Judge is 45 minutes late for their lesson! Initially Ryan offers to pick her up at home, but after sitting in front of her house for 20 minutes, he gets a call to meet her at the testing center. It turns out Alice had a row with her boyfriend and left him, then stormed out without checking the time. With only 15 minutes left in their hour, Ryan tries to show Alice the most he can, showing her the mirrors, signals, and trying to demonstrate the handbrake, but Alice is still too worked up from the break up to pay much attention. Once the lesson is over, Ryan lets Alice vent a little, and like the true LFDS professional he is, helps her work through her issues.
Ex learner returns for a wild ride
LFDS Head Instructor Ryan Ryder, late for his lesson, never makes it to his destination after spotting his ex-student Satine Spark. Satine had moved away with her boyfriend, but had now come back to town after a rough breakup. To cheer her spirits, Ryan decides to give her a refresher course in the Mean Orange Machine. Satine promptly starts taking the anger she feels at her ex out on the road by speeding, and worse than that, not using her turn signals! The Fake Driving School Head Instructor can sense when even an ex student is suffering, so Ryan has Satine pull into the testing area for a quick refresher, pep talk, and helping hand.
Driver ticks ladies box
A part-time taxi driver, Sahara Knite has booked herself a refresher lesson in the Mean Orange Machine with Fake Driving School Head Instructor Ryan Ryder. All she needs is for Ryan to tick the box on her renewal form, but the LFDS instructor is a stickler for procedure, and insists they do the lesson. Ryan's insistence is justified when Sahara turns the wrong direction several times in a row! Though she demonstrates excellent clutch control and always uses her turning indicators, she can't follow basic instructions, so Ryan takes them back to the test center to see how he can tick her box!
Learner finds 2nd use for gearstick
When leather jacket clad redhead Diverse Stacey gets into the Mean Orange Machine for the first time, LFDS Head Instructor Ryan Ryder is rather taken aback by her attitude. Scoffing at his instructors, Stacey reveals that she already has a license, and not only that, has been driving for 20 years! A transit bus operator, Stacey racked up 9 points on her license by being pulled over for speeding while distracted. Telling Ryan about the many distractions a vehicle can afford a lady, she even shows him what a gearstick can be used for when a car is stationary!
Instructor infatuated with learner
While Fake Driving School Head Instructor Ryan Ryder tries his absolute best to be a professional, sometimes even the stoic gentleman can find his emotions come out, like in this lesson with UK learner Carmel Anderson. It is Carmel's last lesson in the Mean Orange Machine before she takes her test, and Ryan can't hide the fact that he's sad to see her go. Though she performs her emergency stops and checks her hazard lights like she always has, this time Ryan decides to criticize her. After they return to the test center, the LFDS Head Instructor has to admit he has a crush on Carmel, and hopes she will return his affections!
Blonde seeks instructors apology
An instructor employed by a prestigious driving school like LFDS is expected to maintain a reputable demeanor both inside and beyond the Mean Orange Machine, but when the Fake Driving School Head Instructor goes to a nightclub with blonde learner Victoria Summers, he makes a fool of himself. Embarrassed at his antics, Ryan is shy when picking Victoria up for her next lesson, and the blonde promptly admonishes him for his behavior. Ever the professional, Ryan tries to keep the lesson focused on the turn signals and handbrake, but Victoria remains relentless in her pursuit of an apology. Finally realizing the error of his ways, Ryan does in fact apologize to his student, and tailors his apology exactly to his student's needs!
